I really pride myself on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.

A little more about me...

Madeline Murack was born + raised in Dallas, Texas, where she has spent the majority of her life. After receiving a degree in Art History from Saint Louis University and a Masters Degree in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art New York, Madeline began her career in Fine Art & Collectibles Auctions, where she honed her negotiation + strategic thinking skills. Having made the move to Colorado to enjoy the great outdoors + explore the many lovely communities the Denver Metro has to offer, Madeline now loves helping others find their perfect place in our beautiful state.

With over 10 years working in residential real estate, Madeline is well equipped to guide you through this important process. A true contracts expert, she prides herself on being the best possible resource for her clients, ensuring that you are well informed from your first meeting and well past closing.
